WEATHER POLICY
Summer weather is unpredictable. We do our best to play each scheduled night. Please understand we always err on the side of safety. We DO NOT play when lightning is in the area. We DO play if it is raining.
Summer storms tend to be isolated so it may be raining at your location and not at the fields or vice-a-versa. If lightning is spotted we ask that you leave the field immediately. All participants will walk up to the pavillion at the top of the fields to wait for the storm to pass. Our policy, enforced by the NJSIAA certified officials who are present, is to wait 30 minutes after the last visible lightning strike or thunder boom to resume play. If play cannot be resumed, we will ask that all caregivers come pick up their child ASAP. An email will be sent out as soon as we confirm cancelation.
Due to field availability we are not able to make up any cancelled sessions.
REFUND POLICY
We understand summer plans change and things may happen during the season like injury or illness so each refund request will be looked at individually. If you like a refund please reach out to powerfivelacrosse@gmail.com or speak with a coach of your respective program and we will evaluate your refund request. Closer to the start of the season or once season starts refunds won't be allowed unless circumstances dictate otherwise.
*Please note that there will be processing fee for all refunds due to credit card processing fees.
