US Lacrosse Number

In order to register for our lacrosse camps, you need to sign up for a US Lacrosse Number. This number will stay with your child FOR LIFE, and is usually needed for any lacrosse clinic or travel team your child participates in throughout the country. It is a $35 registration fee. Remember this number! You need to report it through the registration form, and can use the same number each year.

How to Register for US Lacrosse:

In order for us to use Community Park the township of West Windsor requires us to have insurance and in order for us to do that everyone participating in Five Star needs to have an up to date US lacrosse membership # which we will be enforcing.

1. Please click this link to register (https://www.usalacrosse.com/membership)

2. Click Join on the top right and Create a new account

3. Provide your information, then you will be prompted to add payment for the $35 lifetime membership fee

4. Keep a record of the 12 digit ID (ex: 000001234567)

5. Input the US Lacrosse Number in its entirety on our registration form, do not forget to input the leading zeros.
