Our goal is to provide high-quality, competitive lacrosse camps and clinics throughout the year, including the renowned Five Star Lacrosse Camp in West Windsor, NJ . Emily McCarthy

Coach McCarthy played at Robbinsville High School then continued her athletic career at The College of New Jersey, where her team played in the DIII Women's Lacrosse National Championship in 2017. Coach McCarthy has experience coaching girls of all ages and ability, through multiple travel teams, recreational teams and camps. Since 2018, she has been a basketball and lacrosse coach in the West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District. She has worked for Five Star lacrosse as a coach for the past ten years, and has been a Co-Owner of the program since 2023.

Frank Moore

Coach Moore grew up in Plainsboro, NJ and has been involved in athletics in the community ever since. Coach Moore has coached high school and middle school boys basketball, middle school girls lacrosse and the girls varsity basketball as well. Now, he is a D2 college basketball coach for the women's basketball team at Mercer County Community College. Coach Moore's philosophy is, if you want players to work hard and be successful, teach them to love and enjoy the game and believe in themselves. He has been apart of Five Star for five years and has been a Co-Owner of the program since 2023.

The Power F.I.V.E

Power Five organizes multiple camps & clinics throughout the year to keep an eye out for. Each camp is named after one of the key components of our organization, which together make the power F.I.V.E. These beliefs we strive to instill in all athletes.

FINESSE

refinement of skill

Finesse Lacrosse Camp is a clinic held from July 29-August 2nd from 9-12 at Community Park. The camp features themed practices, skill refinement through various lacrosse drills geared toward beginner and experienced players, and team competitions on Friday. Open to girls in 3rd - 8th grade. Registration coming soon!
