2026 CENTRAL NJ WOMENS LACROSSE LEAGUE

Get ready to sweat & socialize with local women who are ready to dust off their sticks and have some fun! All players 18 and older are welcome to join the league. Choose to sign up with your friends as a full team, small group, or a free agent that will be placed onto a team. Games will be played once a week with certified officials. Lacrosse players of all ages and abilities are welcome to join!

All players must provide their own equipment (stick, mouth guard & goggles are required, and goalies need helmets & padding!) Team roster size is 9-14 players, including a goalie. 9 players will be on the field at one time

Location: West Windsor Community Park in West Windsor NJ (back fields near the tennis courts)
Season Length: 7 regular season games, plus playoffs (top teams advance)
Game Length: 4, 10-minute running clock quarters with a break in between each
Times: Field slots are 6-7pm or 7-8pm, schedule released 2 weeks prior to start date
Cost: $120 for free agents or $1200 per team entry  (9-14 players)

Payment Information
Free Agent Sign Up - $120 + processing fee
You will be placed on a team with availability (space is limited, first come first serve!) If signing up as a small group, write first and last names of one or two other individuals signing up to be placed on a team with them.

Team Entry Options - One Team Payment vs Individual Player Payments
(Option 1) - $1200 + processing fee - The full team fee can be paid by one player on the team to secure the spot of the team (9-14 players, one goalie included but no more than two goalies permitted) into the league

(Option 2) - Every member of the team can sign up as a free agent, with writing your team name on your registration. Team members must register within ONE WEEK of each other to remain on the same team. If this spot is left blank, or members register later than one week, the member will be a free agent on any participating team. Contact us with questions, powerfivelacrosse@gmail.com
